CANOE/ SIT-ON-KAYAK AND CYCLE HIRE AGREEMENT.

Terms and Conditions:

U-Cando reserve the right to cancel any hire, before or during that hire, for any reason we deem pertinent, for example, reasons that may place customers, other lake users, members of staff or the public in hazardous situations e.g. weather conditions, consumption of alcohol immediately before or during the hire, inappropriate dress, behavior, preparation or equipment displayed by customers.

At the point and time of hire any customer 16 years or older will be asked to look at a full list of terms and conditions concerning the hire and to sign a disclaimer. By signing the disclaimer the customer accepts all the terms and conditions described, and takes full responsibility for the safe passage and behavior of themselves and any member of the party under 16 years of age.

If u-cando feel it is neccessary to cancel or defer a hire because of unsuitable weather conditions at the date and time of hire, then a full refund of any deposit paid for the hire will be offered, or another date and time for the hire can be arranged with the customer subject to availability.
